Mr. Michael Centrella, Advisory Board - Mike has over 24 years experience in teleservices operations and sales management with a focus in Direct Response Marketing Industry. Mike's prior experience has been with Market USA, Moore Document Solutions, Hanover Direct and Garden Way, Inc. Mike has guided the growth of the inbound teleservices area including Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and eCommerce call center support. Mike is an industry colleague who has known Keith W. Fiveson, Principal Consultant for over 20 years.

Peg Kuman, Advisory Board- Peg is a veteran of more than 28 years of broad experience in managing call center businesses and teleservices. She is a renowned industry leader and has worked with clients and executives from organizations throughout the world. She has played a leadership role in two leading global consumer-marketing firms: Publishers Clearing House and Fingerhut Corporation. Her client portfolio legacy includes such firms as Business Objects, Royal Dutch Shell, Allstate, AOL-Time Warner, Airborne Express, Bulova Corporation, American Standard, IBM, Hearst Corporation, Meredith Corporation.

Mr. Sushil Kumar Jiwarajka. Advisory Board - As Joint Managing Director for Salora Group, Mr. Jiwarajka has been associated with consumer electronics, telecommunications and IT over the past 25 years. The Salora Group is generating approximately $250 million USD. Mr. Jiwarajka is well respected and holds leadership positions as the Chairman FICCI, Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce. Mr. Jiwarajka helps facilitate India delegations to the U.S. for trade and development activities. He also sponsors organizations into India.

Mr. William B. Bierce, Advisory Board - Mr. Bierce is an attorney with nearly 25 years' experience in international business, corporate, commercial, financial and technology law transactions. After being a partner in a 60-lawyer New York firm and having practiced in Paris, in August 1990 Mr. Bierce founded Bierce & Kenerson, an infrastructure technology and finance law firm, representing outsourcing vendors and outsourcing users. Mr. Bierce concentrates on outsourcing and related legal matters. He is a frequent speaker on legal issues affecting outsourcing
